The biggest asset to our growth has been our team. Across all the sectors, we continue to provide extensive support to our staff members to reach their full potential. The company is proud to share that about 40% of the total workforce employed in the company are women.

Circular and Flat Knitting

The knitting unit houses 50+ flat bed machines and 5+ circular knitting machines. The annual consumption of yarn by these machines is more than 600,000 metric tonnes annually. The facility is totally powered by solar energy helping make Earth more sustainable.

The machines are imported from China and Germany, which uses cutting-edge technology.

Dyeing

To further enhance the quality of the fabric, our dyeing unit helps to achieve the necessary benchmark. With imported chemicals, silicon and bio-wash on our fabric, the fabric used to make our apparel stands out from our competitors

Cutting

At Atam, for a sustainable future for our future generations to come, in every sphere, the company tries to minimize wastage and keep efficiency levels high, we use the best CAD software from Richpeace. This helps reduce the wastage by fully automating the cutting patterns.

Garmenting

The finishing unit includes 200+ stitching machines, 50+ overlock, and 70+ direct folding machines from Siruba corporation and Juki, market leaders in producing capital goods for this industry. Annual production of this facility is 2 million+ garments annually. The company focuses on automation, which helps in reducing human error.

Washing and Drying

One of the key reasons why our quality supersedes many in the industry is due to our immense focus on our finishing. Washing and heat-drying the garments helps give the garment a better shape and fabric feel. The usage of our in-house steam press facility helps reduce the chances of shrinkage and other factors that may hamper the quality of our products after it has reached.

Finishing

There is a 5 stage QC before the garment is finally packed along with steam-press. This ensures wrinkle free and a quality enhanced product that gives the garment a fresh feel.
